Qonto commissioned us to organize the company’s annual meeting, which was divided into two parts: a plenary session to present the company’s 2024 results, and a second, more festive segment featuring a cocktail party to celebrate Christmas. At Pleisure, we were responsible for developing the overall concept, creating a unique Christmas-themed design and atmosphere, as well as planning and implementing the project within the event space. To liven up the dinner and subsequent party, we included various activities such as a photocall, photobooth, and glitter bar. We also managed the selection and hiring of audiovisual teams, performers, and catering services, in addition to overseeing the technical and infrastructure production required for the event. Furthermore, we handled all necessary permits (space occupation, event activity, emergency plan, sound limitations) and coordinated the recruitment of staff for security, cleaning, and access control. We also managed queues and crowd capacity to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all attendees.
